We’ve had many requests for our pimento cheese recipe.
We use it in our quiches, grits, on toast, in omelettes and
of course at social hour. You can make your own in less
then ten minutes by following these easy steps.
2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of softened butter
8 oz of cream cheese softened
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
4 ounces of diced pimentos (do not drain)
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix at high speed until thoroughly blended. Enjoy!
