Policies

Standard reservations canceled more than 7 days prior to arrival will be given a full refund. Cancellations within the 7-day limit will be charged 100% of the reservation.

Flexible Rate reservations can be canceled up to 3:00pm on the day prior to arrival for no charge. Flexible Rate reservations that are canceled after 3:00pm on the day prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the reservation. Rate not valid for group reservations of three or more rooms.

Group/Special Event Reservations: Reservations that are part of a group of three or more rooms or for a special event fall under group policy. At the time of booking, 15% of the reservation cost will be charged as a non-refundable deposit. The remaining payment will be charged 60 days prior to the arrival date. Reservations that are canceled within 60 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the reservation.

Add-Ons and InnDulgences are non-refundable or have different cancellation policies and will be charged regardless of if the reservation is cancelled before its designated cancellation date. These include the following: Flat Rock Playhouse Stay-and-Play tickets are non-refundable; McFarlan's Bakery Celebration Cakes may be cancelled up to 8 days prior to the check-in date; Spa Services may be cancelled up to 8 days prior to the check-in date; and all InnDulgences may be cancelled up to 8 days prior to the check-in date.

No refunds/changes available for prepaid/non-refundable rates.

No refunds for early departures.

1898 Waverly Inn does not allow pets.
